HOW WE SHIP

Vacu-Tech ships all products in plain white boxes. There will be a return address without our name on the box. There are no words or pictures on the outside of the box that would indicate what is inside. We know our customers’ privacy is important. Vacu-Tech does everything it can to maintain that privacy.

For International orders there will be a Customs form on the box per Customs regulations. Only our name and a very general description of contents will be on
the Customs form.

All cylinders are custom made to order and we usually make your order within one business day. You will be emailed when your order is shipped so please verify your email address when completing your order.

SHIPPING PRICES

Shipping prices are based on the merchandise total. This price includes insurance and handling fees.
Our standard shipping method in the United States is Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery time by the Post Office of two to five days. Express Mail is available at additional cost. Express Mail is one to two days to most locations in the United States.

Your shipment might be delayed if your billing information is incorrect as we screen all orders during processing. The billing address is the address your credit card statement is mailed to each month.
Canada standard shipping is International Express Mail or International Priority Mail. Small items will be sent by First Class Mail.

TIMING

Most orders received by 9 am Pacific Time will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 9 am Pacific Time usually ship the next business day. Vacu-Tech does not ship on weekends or holidays.
APO/FPO addresses are shipped Priority Mail from the Post Office. The Post Office is unable to provide tracking or confirmation on your order once it enters the APO/FPO system.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CANADA

We ship to most countries by International Express Mail or International Priority Mail. We might need to email you the next business day after receiving your order to confirm your billing information. You will also receive a confirmation and order number after your order is placed.

The Post Office needs a phone number for all shipments.

The shipping address must be the same as the address your credit card statement comes to. International verification with your bank can take up to five business days.

For your privacy at Customs, instructions are in a sealed envelope in the box, and all other paperwork is sent separately by First Class mail. There will be a Customs form on the box, per Customs regulations.
You will be responsible for any and all duty or taxes that your country might impose. Your Post Office will collect any funds due at time of delivery.
The nature of our product prevents us from shipping certain products to some geographical locations. You will be notified if we cannot ship to your country.
